Arena Building Stalls ~ 10 x 10' = $75 or 10 x 20' = $150
Inside Race Barn Stalls: $55 each
Outside Race Barn Stalls: $35 each
Tables: $10 each Chairs: $2 each

Stallions will be presented once each day individually in a parade of stallions. You may show your stallion in hand or under saddle. You also have the option of showing in the outside arena during the day. It is suggested that you hand in a 3-5 minute script with music on a CD to the arena office. You should also have someone available to read your script. Our announcer WILL NOT read the script unless it has been pre-arranged.

DO NOT TURN YOUR STALLION LOOSE AT ANY TIME! Do not stand your stallions in the barn aisles for any reason. STALLION OWNERS ARE COMPLETELY LIABLE FOR THEIR STALLION. HORSE HANDLERS MUST SIGN A RELEASE FORM.

NEW FOR 2008: We will also be setting aside time for Breed Demonstrations. This time will be used for breed demonstrations by horses who have not participated in the Stallion Parade. Due to time, you will not be allowed to show a stallion in both the Stallion parade and a Breed demonstration.

2 complimentary passes will be given per stallion stall space rented. Sale barn stalls and Competition stalls will include 1 complimentary pass. Children 6 and under are free.
LOST OR FORGOTTEN PASSES WILL NOT BE REPLACED.
Pets are not permitted on the grounds at U.P. Equifest with the exception of being on a leash at the campground area.

2008 Negative Coggins and Current Interstate Health Certificates are Required for participation. No test, NO UNLOADING; YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE! No contract refunds.

Exhibitor agrees not to hold U.P. Equifest, nor representatives of U.P. Equifest, or co-sponsoring organizations responsible for property damage or loss, personal injury, or death occurring within or outside the exhibit space from causes which originate within the exhibit space. This event is governed by the Michigan Equine Liability Act.

U.P. Equifest reserves the right to cancel or restrict exhibits, which because of noise, methods, materials, or for any reason become objectionable, problematic, or in the opinion of the U.P. Equifest detract from the genereal character of the exhibit as a whole. In the event of such restrictions or cancellation, U.P. Equifest is not liable for any refund or other exhibit expense.

This application and contract is to be completed in full and signed by the Horse Owner and accompanied by full payment. Except as otherwise provided herein, all applications are on a first come basis and will be assigned in the same manner. U.P. Equifest will not process applications without payment. The Horse Owner may not resell or reassign this space to another.

REFUNDS ~ cancellations received after September 1, 2008 will receive a refund in the form of credit for the following year's event.

Barns open at 9:00 a.m. on Friday. Lights will be turn down at 10:00 p.m. Electricity 110 provided. Please supply your own long, 3 prong extension cords and power strips.
